Post-Enrollment Ongoing Services

Here at Synergy we understand that you and your clients will most likely have needs beyond open enrollment.  That is why our service team is committed to providing ongoing support throughout the year.  These services include:

  • New hire enrollment and processing- After open enrollment we will develop a strategy and plan with you to capture new hires throughout the year.

  • VB Invoice Auditing and Support- We will audit your clients' VB invoice to ensure accuracy and avoid payment errors.  In the case of an error, Synergy will work on your client's behalf to make sure any issues are resolved.

  • Platform Integration and Support- We understand that implementing a platform and adopting it into normal HR operations is an ongoing process.  That is why we are here to provide ongoing support and training for any groups built on our platforms, and make sure your clients are getting the most out of them.
