About Mark Haber
Mark is originally from Michigan, and after graduating from Indiana University, moved out west to San Diego.
He has been in the Insurance Industry for 20 years and has worked with many brokerages and carriers nationally, assisting with the implementation of benefit communication strategies for all industries and sizes of companies.
About Dan Jaime
Dan is a veteran of the insurance industry with over 23 years of experience. During that time, he has created and communicated benefit solutions for small and large employers alike.
For many years, his focus was to introduce, train, and develop new entrants to the insurance industry. In his current role as Director of Training, he gets to pursue his passion to learn and subsequently teach others how to get the most out of their benefits.
About Garrett Smith
Garrett’s background actually begins with engineering and project management. He joined the Coast Guard after college, spending two years as a search and rescue boat engineer, then working as a ports and waterways engineer, ensuring that shipping lanes into southern Virginia were open and logistically sound. From there he moved to the private sector doing fluids engineering and project management in the oil and gas industry, working around the country on various multi-million dollar projects. After meeting and marrying his wife, he decided to look for a career where he would not be traveling so much, and got into employee benefits.
At Synergy as Director of Operations and Technology, he combines his love and experience in project management and tech with his experience in employee benefits to create value for Synergy’s clients in enrollment project management and implementation of benefits technology.
