Going above and beyond the platform

We then handle the entire company build-out and maintenance in house, including:

  • Building all plans for current and future plan years
  • Building in class, division, location eligibility and payroll structures
  • Importing all current employees and elections
  • Customizing wording and look of the portal to look like company website/intranet and make employees feel more comfortable using it
  • Two full rounds of in-depth testing, making sure every possible type of enrollment is working
  • Setting up all carrier connections, EDI feeds, COBRA and Payroll connections.
  • Training HR and your admin team on how to use the platform and continued support thereafter.
