Benefits Technology Consultation and Implementation
By partnering with us, you and your clients gain access to a suite of technology platforms. Some of which we are the exclusive license holders for. We aren’t married to any particular software, enabling us to choose the right solutions for our clients based on their needs. Our in-house tech team takes care of the implementation and offers year-round support.
Benefits Communication/Enrollment
Benefits communication during your client’s open enrollment can be a tricky undertaking. Effectively explaining the benefits to each employee can tax a lot of resources for your agency and your client’s HR department. Partnering with Synergy will take that burden off of you and your client, freeing up your time for other things.
Enrollment Management
Planning for open enrollment can be a huge time hog for you and your clients. We will manage every aspect of your open enrollment from A-Z, providing you with an outline of when tasks will be completed, taking care of all logistics, and ensuring a smooth rollout of your benefits.

Our highly qualified Benefit Counselors are available to assist with new hire enrollment throughout the year, saving you time and making new employees feel valued.
Benefits Administration
For some clients, carrier feeds are not possible and they need help throughout the year with change management. Our full-service admin team will ensure that your clients are taken care of. We can handle billing, claims, new hires, and a host of other back-end tasks.
Voluntary Benefits Carrier Consultation
Voluntary benefits are a great way to round out your client’s benefit package and generate extra revenue. Taking the time to figure out which carrier and mix of products to implement can be daunting though. Synergy is appointed with the major voluntary carriers. We take a consultative approach to recommend the carrier and products that make the most sense for your client.
